1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Luxury Villa Booking website (chhuttimanao.com), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Booking and Reservation

2.1 Booking Process

• All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized channels
• Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of full payment or agreed deposit
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time

2.2 Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of booking for stays within 30 days
• For bookings more than 30 days in advance, a 50% deposit is required
• Remaining balance must be paid 7 days before check-in
• We accept payments through secure online gateways, bank transfers, and UPI

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation Charges

• Cancellation 30+ days before check-in: 90% refund
• Cancellation 15-29 days before check-in: 70% refund
• Cancellation 7-14 days before check-in: 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 7 days before check-in: No refund

3.2 Force Majeure

In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, we will offer full refunds or rescheduling options.

4. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM onwards
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
• Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests

5. Villa Rules and Regulations

5.1 Guest Conduct

• Maximum occupancy as specified in the booking confirmation
• No smoking inside the villas (designated smoking areas available)
• No pets allowed unless specifically mentioned
• Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• No parties or events without prior written permission

5.2 Property Care

• Guests are responsible for any damage to the property
• Security deposit may be required and will be refunded after inspection
• Please maintain cleanliness and report any issues immediately

6. Liability and Insurance

Luxury Villa Booking is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for comprehensive coverage.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
